Advance Health.** VNA Health Group is seeking a visionary and transformational Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to serve as the organization's senior nursing executive and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the President \& CEO, the CNO provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for nursing practice and patient care across home health, hospice, and community\-based services. The CNO is responsible for advancing clinical excellence, workforce development, quality outcomes, and care delivery innovation. This leader will shape enterprise\-wide nursing strategy, strengthen interdisciplinary care models, and leverage technology, analytics, and evidence\-based practices to improve access, outcomes, and the clinician experience.
