**Earthwork Takeoff Estimator** Due to growth, our Company is searching for a sitework estimator to join our team. Preferably, we would like to see at least 3\+ years of experience performing take offs and estimating of earthwork, grading, and utilities on public sector projects. Primary duties will include performing blueprint takeoffs, estimating, writing proposals, bid review, attending pre\-construction meetings, and client development. You will also interact closely with the project management staff to maximize project profitability. **Sales and Estimating:** * Responsible for following the assigned bid schedule and responding to customer request for bids. * Development of a customer base and repeat business relationships * Follow all estimating, bidding and selling practices established by the company. * Coordinating the Project Set\-up and Start\-up phase of each project * Maintain Consistent and Aggressive Bidding Activity * Collaborate the closing of contracts on projects bid with an acceptable gross profit margin * Follow up on all projects bid including completion of all bid/sales logs with accurate and complete information to be used for customer/bid analysis per compan...
