TitanCladding Technology specializes in laser cladding, hardfacing, and component repair for oilfield tools and other industrial applications. We are looking for a Sales Manager with **at least 1–2 years of direct sales experience in laser cladding services** to develop new customers and grow with our company. **Responsibilities** * Identify and develop new customers for laser cladding and component repair services. * Build relationships with purchasing, engineering, and operations teams. * Arrange customer visits, understand project needs, and work with our technical team to prepare quotes. * Follow up on opportunities, close sales, and develop repeat business. * Maintain a sales pipeline and help shape the company’s sales strategy. **Qualifications** * At least 1–2 years of experience selling laser cladding services. * Ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships independently. * Strong communication, negotiation, and follow\-up skills. * An existing network in the Houston oilfield or industrial market is a plus Pay: $60,000\.00 \- $100,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
