JB Brown \& Sons \| Portland, Maine $95,000–$110,000 per year \| Full\-time \| On\-site JB Brown \& Sons is looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial properties in Greater Portland. This is a hands\-on role for someone who knows commercial property management, enjoys taking real ownership of their portfolio, and is comfortable using experience and judgment to solve problems. You’ll be responsible for the day\-to\-day management and performance of assigned properties, with the autonomy to manage tenant, operational, financial, vendor, maintenance, and property matters from identification through resolution. We’re looking for someone who can see both the details and the bigger picture: what needs attention today, what could become a problem tomorrow, and where there are opportunities to make a property operate better over the long term.
