Description: The Warehouse Services Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for managing, improving, and growing the Iowa 80 Group Distribution Center. This individual will support the Distribution Center's day\-to\-day operations. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results\-oriented leader with a proven track record in distribution, warehouse operations, business development, and process improvement. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for the condition and protection of assets within and around the Distribution Center. * Responsible for the management of inventory, including knowing where product is slotted and keeping it in good and saleable condition. * Train Distribution Center staff on system enhancements, cross\-training, and continuous improvement in their work. * Lead, coach, and develop a high\-performing team of warehouse employees.
