**Job Description** **The Role:** Energy Conversion Systems (ECS) at General Motors is a fast\-paced team that is working on developing propulsion technology. This role is within the ECS Structural Hardware organization. We create leading\-edge propulsion hardware (cylinder blocks, cylinder heads and head gaskets, propulsion system brackets and support structures, transmission and drive unit structures, and structural joints) that provide industry leading performance and customer value for current and future GM Vehicles. We are seeking highly motivated, forward thinking, innovative, high performing people leaders with a balance of strategic and tactical skills to join this dynamic environment and help move us forward to achieve GM’s Zero, Zero, Zero vision.
