**Sales Manager – Non\-Hazardous Containerized Waste/Wastewater** **Bass Environmental is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow our non\-hazardous containerized waste business.** This role is responsible for developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and delivering sustainable waste management solutions to industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and municipal customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business. * Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts. * Manage and grow existing customer relationships. * Conduct facility visits to identify waste handling, recycling, and disposal opportunities. * Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements. * Work closely with operations to ensure successful service implementation. * Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals. * Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market opportunities. **Qualifications** * 3\+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wastewater, waste management, environmental services, industrial services, logistics, or related industries. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. * Se...
