The Recruitment Marketing \& Communications Specialist executes recruitment marketing and communication initiatives designed to attract qualified candidates and strengthen the company's employer brand. This role develops recruitment content, implements digital and traditional marketing campaigns, manages recruitment communications across multiple platforms, and coordinates recruitment marketing efforts for more than 20 school bus terminals throughout Wisconsin. Working closely with HR leadership and hiring managers, the Recruitment Marketing \& Communications Specialist ensures consistent messaging, promotes employment opportunities, and contributes to employee engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support employee retention. **Key Performance Areas** **1\.
