**\*\*Rural Electric is not sponsoring visas at this time.\*\* \*\*****Local candidates only.\*\*** **Job purpose** The Project Field Engineer assists and supports the Superintendent, Project Manager, and Project Engineer on assigned projects. They ensure installations are safe, meet standards, and are completed on schedule. Their duties include inspecting work, troubleshooting issues, managing subcontractors, and coordinating with other teams. (Div. 101\) **Primary Duties \& Responsibilities (include but not limited to):** * Communicates and helps to enforce the company's Health \& Safety Program. * Assists in the preparation of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA's). * Participate in job\-site safety reviews, toolbox meetings, mass safety meetings, and safety training. * Manage material and equipment – oversee the ordering, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment on site. * Prepare work plans, work packages, and other documentation. * Participate, record, and in some cases oversee quality assurance measures. * Assist in scheduling equipment when necessary. * Assist in interpretation of proposals/specifications and drawings for field crews and craft supervision. * Perform quantity c...
