**Hourly Pay Range:** $37\.25 \- $57\.74 \- The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. **Position Highlights:** * Position: RN \- Inpatient Headache Unit \- Per Diem * Location: Arlington Heights, IL * Per Diem Commitment: Level 1 \- minimum of 48 hours per 6 week schedule with 24 of those 48 hours on the weekends. * Hours: 7am \- 7:30pm (Day shift) Required Travel: No * **What you will do:** * Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers. * Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate. * Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing. * Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs. * Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
