**Job Summary** VeroClean LLC – Miami, FL1099 Independent Contractor \| Commission Only \| Uncapped Earning Potential VeroClean is a growing commercial cleaning and facility\-services company looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new commercial accounts throughout Miami. This is a field\-based sales position with a primary focus on Brickell, Downtown Miami and surrounding commercial areas. We’re looking for someone who can prospect, build relationships, conduct facility walkthroughs and work opportunities through proposal and closing. What You’ll Do * Prospect commercial businesses and properties in person, by phone and email * Scout office buildings and commercial properties throughout your territory * Find and build relationships with decision\-makers * Connect with property managers, facility managers, business owners, contractors and developers * Schedule and conduct facility walkthroughs with qualified prospects * Ask questions during walkthroughs to identify cleaning needs, problem areas and issues with the current provider * Work with VeroClean to develop the appropriate scope of service and proposal * Present and follow up on proposals with decisio...
