### **Position Summary** The Manager of Business Strategy \& Operations will play an important role in shaping and executing Salma Health’s strategic and operational initiatives as the company scales. Working closely with the executive team and function leaders, this person will help operations evolve for the next stage of growth and build the measurement and reporting that move decisions from intuition to data.
