Description

The Intermediate Structural Engineer supports the design and execution of the structural designs for industrial projects and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and cost\-effective solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Design steel and concrete structures and foundations for industrial systems. * Develop conceptual designs resulting in optimal layouts and reduced costs. * Review and provide structural input on mechanical drawings, layouts, and vendor proposals. * Prepare calculations, hand and /or CAD sketches, and direct designers in developing project drawings. * Participate in project meetings and coordinate with internal teams. * Travel to project sites as needed **Leadership Responsibilities** * Lead portions of projects by developing the designs and coordinating with engineers and 3D designers. * Review work (calculations, models, drawings) and provide feedback. * Track project hours, budgets, and schedules. * Assist with estimates and change orders. * Act as Engineer of Record (as licensed) and support department management when needed. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering * 5 to 10 years of experience in structural des...
