POSITION PURPOSE: The Weatherization Program Specialist is responsible for supporting all functions of the Weatherization Program and Energy Housing Programs, with a focus on administration and operational functions. This role reports directly to the Weatherization Supervisor and collaborates closely with the Energy/Housing Program Manager, Energy/Housing Program Supervisor, or Department of Energy (DOE), and the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).
