**Class Concept** ----------------- **O****verview** The Communications Strategist develops and advances strategic communications initiatives that inform, engage and connect residents, businesses, visitors and stakeholders with the City of Dublin. The position leads the planning, coordination and evaluation of integrated communications campaigns and serves as a strategic advisor on audience engagement, content strategy, digital communications and emerging communication trends. This position combines strategic planning, content leadership, digital engagement, audience insights and marketing principles to ensure the City’s communications are effective, audience\-centered and aligned with organizational priorities.
