**Description** --------------- The Medical Assistant Sr. serves as a key member of the healthcare team, providing essential clinical and administrative support under the general supervision of the department manager and Office Supervisor. The Sr. MA is responsible for performing all aspects of the Medical Assistant (MA) and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) roles, with a focus on intake areas such as scheduling and performing check\-in procedures. Additionally, the Sr. MA serves as a preceptor for other Medical Assistants, guiding and mentoring them in their professional development.
