**About the Role:** The Housekeeping Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall maintenance of the facility, contributing directly to a positive environment for guests and staff alike. This position involves the completion of housekeeping tasks to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation within senior resident apartments and the common areas. As the Housekeeping lead, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations by effectively managing resources and identify challenges to be addressed with leadership. The lead ensures that all areas meet or exceed company standards.
