**Summary of Job Description:** The Manager, Lease Audit is responsible for leading, training, and developing a high\-performing lease auditing team. This position creates and oversees projects that result in substantial savings for the company and creates processes and procedures that improve efficiency. The Manager, Lease Audit provides guidance to the team on how to strategically negotiate settlements and secure financial recoveries. This position oversees data analysis to identify trends and provides reports to the Real Estate Legal, Real Estate Managers and other relevant stakeholders. **Job Responsibilities:** * Performs a minimum of 200 desktop audits and 10\-20 onsite audits of landlords’ books and records involving review of annual reconciliation of operating expenses. Conducts expense analyses against lease terms and market rates to identify overcharges and ensures Panda has been accurately billed and results in substantial savings for the company. * Communicates with landlords, Operations, and Legal departments to resolve audit findings and negotiate settlements as well as collection of overpayments uncovered during audits and secures financial recoveries. * Gathers info...
