**M A N A G E R** $80,000 \- $110,000 annual salary This position reports in person daily to our main location in Rocky Mount, VA. **Your New Role:** In your new position as one of our **MANAGERS**, you’ll lead and coach your team, oversee daily operations, and maintain high standards of customer service. You’ll coordinate schedules, delegate tasks, manage resources and budgets, and set clear performance goals while holding team members accountable and supporting their development. You’ll also resolve escalated customer concerns, improve processes, ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and use technology and performance reports to track results and collaborate across departments.
