**Job Overview:** The Operations Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure a seamless journey for our patients. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the success of the operations of the clinic. The primary role will be to provide strong focus and direction to the clinic’s employees, as well as provide solutions to day\-to\-day problems. **Responsibilities:** * Create and maintain a great work culture * Be available to staff as a resource in their day\-to\-day tasks to ensure positive results * Manage employees’ performance by observing performance, providing feedback, and giving recognition * Promote and ensure the practice is successful for patients and staff * Help to plan quarterly events and celebrations for all staff * Review and pay invoices * Meeting with patients in clinic to schedule procedures * Discussing patient insurance/benefit information with patient * Inputting information into EHR system * Discussing pre\-op/post\-op instructions and questions * Answering phones/voicemails/emails * Collaborate with other divisions of the company as needed * Ability to handle basic front desk functions such as check ins/check outs and creating appointm...
