**Pay: $20–$22/hour \+ uncapped commission** **Full\-time \| In person \| Sanford, FL** Equipment Giant is growing and we need real salespeople. We already have a steady flow of inbound leads from customers looking for equipment, plus a database of more than 11,000 past customers and prospects that need to be worked. This is not a sit\-back\-and\-wait sales job. You will be expected to answer inbound opportunities, follow up on quotes, call warm leads, reconnect with past customers, and keep working opportunities until you either win the rental or know why you lost it. You do not need equipment\-rental experience. We can teach you the equipment and our systems. What we need is someone who is driven, organized, comfortable on the phone, good with people, and knows how to follow up without sounding like a cold caller. You also need to be comfortable talking and typing at the same time. Our salespeople gather information, enter notes, search vendors, and work in our system while they are talking with customers.
