**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** POSITION PURPOSE Serves as a member of the Trinity Health Payroll Shared Services team supporting all accounting and compliance activities for payroll operations. Provides or coordinates training for ministry and central payroll team members and is the primary point of contact with the vendor(s) for resolution of data and processing issues. Works closely with Regional Health Ministry teams to ensure accuracy of all aspects of employee payroll data, and processing information. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality for all payroll and human resource information. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. Maintains accurate procedures in compliance with all Federal and State Regulations to analyze and monitor all payroll functions including tax setup/withholding, banking, garnishment, and general processing.
