Through direct assistance, collaboration, outreach, special projects, and partnerships, this position services as a trusted point of contact for locally owned retailers, restaurants, and prospective businesses. The Business Navigator provides technical support and connects retailers with business assistance programs, resources, and services related to operations, business preparedness, resiliency, workforce development, and navigating City processes.
