You’ll own the budget, schedule, quality, and client relationship on every job you manage. If you take pride in finished work and enjoy keeping a lot of moving parts on track, we’d like to meet you. **What You’ll Do** * Hold kickoff meetings with the client and the Lighthouse team at the start of every job * Manage project budgets, keep jobs within the estimated price, and lead monthly budget meetings with clients * Build and maintain construction schedules in Buildertrend and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and build strong working relationships with them * Order materials ahead of time to keep the schedule on track * Schedule all building inspections and manage any corrections * Inspect work...
