**DESCRIPTION** --------------- AWS Global Executive Marketing (GEM) is responsible for how AWS engages its most senior customer leaders. We design and deliver the strategy, programs, and experiences that build trusted relationships with C\-suite executives and shape how they perceive, evaluate, and partner with AWS. This role owns the strategy for executive content predominantly at 1P events in a space where the playbook doesn’t exist yet. You will define what good looks like and drive outcomes across teams without owning them directly. Success is measured by the reach, longevity, and flywheel of executive content. The successful candidate thinks in systems, leads with business outcome storytelling (not technology), and partners closely across teams and stakeholders to ensure content is framed in customer context. You are comfortable with ambiguity, hold an exceptionally high bar for quality, and have experience crafting narratives for C\-suite audiences.
