**A Snapshot of Your Day** As the Head of Overhauls, Service Competence Center \- Distributed Gas Turbine Fleet for North America, you will lead the establishment and operation of Siemens Energy's North American overhaul capability for the SGT\-750 and SGT\-400 fleets. You will be responsible for creating a world\-class overhaul organization capable of safely, efficiently, and consistently executing gas turbine overhauls that meet Siemens Energy quality standards and customer expectations. Working in close collaboration with Product Competence Centers (PCCs), engineering teams, quality organizations, supply chain, EHS, testing, logistics, and service operations, you will define the overhaul strategy, design shop processes, develop overhaul workflows, establish tooling and equipment requirements, recruit and develop technical talent, and build a scalable operation capable of supporting a rapidly growing Distributed Gas Turbine fleet across North America.
