**\*\*COMPANY INCENTIVE PROGRAM FOR ALL EMPLOYEES!** **\*\*MINIMUM STARTING WAGE $20\.00\+/HR., DEPENDENT UPON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE!** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** The Donations Supervisor oversees the donor experience at the store, a team of Donation Associates, and all the functions of a working warehouse, including the movement of incoming donation to their respective production areas and the management of inventory for use by the home store as well as other CommunityAid stores. The Donations Supervisor will ensure and promote a consistent, positive donating experience and process for all CommunityAid Customers and Donors.
