**Position Summary** Keller Williams ONE West Group is looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated **Marketing \& Communications Specialist** to help tell our story, strengthen our brand, and support marketing initiatives across our ONE West real estate community. This is a hands\-on marketing role for someone who can take an idea from concept to execution. One day you may be developing a social media campaign, the next coordinating marketing for an event, creating branded materials, updating digital content, or working directly with leadership and our agents on a new initiative. We're looking for someone who understands that great marketing isn't just about making something look good.
