**Job Description** **Clearance Required:** * Active Secret clearance **Job Summary:** * This position supports the Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) aircraft financial accounts. These accounts are executed by three separate squadrons, 12 different aircraft Platforms, and every program management office. **Education:** * Bachelor’s Degree. Substitution for bachelor’s degree will be minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in addition to the required minimum years of experience. **Experience Required:** * Knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite, including but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. General document processing and management. * Knowledge, skills, and experience in Department of War (DoW) financial policy, laws, and regulations regarding Navy budgetary matters; specifically, comprehensive planning, budgeting, and execution of the Aircraft Operation Account (AOA) and Major Range \& Test Facility Base (MRTFB) aircraft account. * Knowledge of standard processing procedures, formats, distribution for correspondence, presentations and reports produced. **Essential Duties:** Provide advice on the management of the AOA and MRTFB aircraft account.
