REAL ESTATE PROJECT MANAGER / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER(Owner Side) **The Opportunity** We are hiring a Real Estate Project Manager to take properties from acquisition through renovation, permitting, tenant improvements, leasing delivery, and stabilization. This is an owner side role, not a general contractor role. You will represent ownership and work directly with the principals, property management, leasing, tenants, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and municipalities. The right person can walk a property, figure out what needs to happen, build a plan and budget, bring in the right contractors and consultants, run the work, and make sure it gets finished properly, on time, and at a cost that makes sense for a long term owner. **What You Will Do** * Own renovation, capital improvement, tenant improvement, and property improvement projects across the portfolio from scoping through closeout * Walk properties regularly and oversee work in the field * Prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, and recommendations for ownership * Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate contractor and consultant bids, and recommend awards * Manage architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants through de...
