We are looking for a **Technical Project \& Integrations Manager** with experience in mortgage technology to own the successful progression of client projects, integrations, enhancements, and technical work items from request through completion. This role sits at the intersection of our clients and development team. You will be responsible for ensuring Jira work items are properly defined, technically actionable, prioritized, scheduled, and progressing as expected. You do not need to be a software developer, but you should be highly technical and comfortable discussing mortgage workflows, LOS platforms, APIs, integrations, data mappings, loan lifecycle events, and system behavior with both clients and engineers. A major part of this position is communication. You will ensure clients understand timelines, open questions, dependencies, implementation requirements, and current project status while making sure our developers have the information they need to move work forward.
