Hours: Primarily Monday through Friday daytime hours with flexibility as needed depending on medical appointments **Position Summary** -------------------- The Medical Support Assistant (MSA) helps individuals understand, access, and direct their own health care services. This includes scheduling appointments, transporting individuals, managing medical information and supplies, and supporting personal choice and dignity in health\-related matters.
