**Maintenance \- Parts Coordinator** **Location:** East Boulder Mine \- McLeod, MT **Schedule:** 5x2, 4x3 9hr Shifts **Job Responsibilities and Duties:** At Sibanye\-Stillwater, the Maintenance Parts Coordinator makes a direct contribution to important mobile maintenance goals of increasing labor productivity, reducing maintenance costs and improving equipment reliability. This is accomplished by researching, expediting and coordinating distribution of resources between the Maintenance Reliability/Planning group and the Warehouse/Purchasing group. The Maintenance Parts Coordinator's primary duties are: * Communicate and support area goals and initiatives to work group in cooperation with Maintenance teams. * Foster positive, cooperative relationships with other groups in the Company * Collecting and communicating accurate information in a timely manner. * May be asked to participate in cross training and training of new planners, schedulers, and parts coordinators. * Understand costs associated with scope of work and ensure decisions align with business needs. * Directly influence maintenance cost and lower time critical equipment is down. * Identifies and coordinates with other gr...
