We are seeking a full\-time Project Manager (Construction) to join our regional office located in Walnut Creek, California. The Project Manager leads construction across an assigned portfolio of existing shopping centers, with a primary focus on tenant improvements, landlord work, redevelopment, space reconfigurations, and property capital improvements. They manage budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractors from scope development and design through permitting, construction, tenant turnover, and closeout. This position works closely with Leasing, Property Management, Tenant Coordination, and Development Accounting to meet lease obligations and operating needs while coordinating work around existing tenants and customers.
