Patient Concierge – Medical Aesthetics **Refine KC Aesthetics – Kansas City, MO** **Full\-Time \| In\-Person** Refine KC Aesthetics is seeking a polished, highly organized, patient\-focused **Patient Concierge** to join our growing medical aesthetics practice. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, professional, detail\-oriented, comfortable in a fast\-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient walks through the door. Our Patient Concierge team plays an important role in both the front\-office experience and the clinical flow of the practice. This position is more than a traditional receptionist role. You will help guide patients through their visit, support providers and treatment rooms, maintain efficient scheduling, and help ensure every interaction reflects the elevated experience expected at Refine KC.
