**SUMMARY** The Tooling \& Asset Manager is responsible for improving how Premise equips and supports field teams through effective tool and asset management, field support, inventory control, purchasing, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This field\-oriented role regularly engages employees at jobsites to identify operational challenges, develop practical solutions, and implement approved improvements that enhance safety, productivity, accountability, and cost efficiency. The position owns the lifecycle management of company tools and field\-tooling assets, including inventory, assignment, tracking, mobilization, maintenance, calibration, utilization, loss prevention, and standardization.
