We're looking for a highly organized **Project Engineer** who wants to build a career in residential construction and grow toward Project Management. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career, including a recent graduate with a degree in Construction Management or a related field, to gain practical experience across the full project lifecycle. You'll work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, architects, designers, trade partners, vendors, and clients to help move projects from planning through completion. You'll gain hands\-on experience with drawings, budgets, procurement, field coordination, change management, scheduling, and closeout.
