AI Engineer – NLP, LLM \& Customer Sentiment Analytics **Position is contingent upon contract award.** Position Summary We are seeking an experienced **AI Engineer** to support the design, development, integration, and deployment of an AI\-enabled social media and customer feedback analytics platform for a major airport environment. The role will focus on NLP, Machine Learning, LLMs, multilingual sentiment analysis, automated insights, and integration of data from social media, review, and online platforms.
