This position provides direct oversight of Branch Managers and approximately 20\+ employees across the region while driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and safety performance. The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for regional P\&L performance, strategic planning, employee development, inventory management, vendor relationships, and customer engagement.
