General Manager - Independent Pre-Owned Dealership

Description

An established independent pre\-owned dealership in Miami with in\-house financing is looking for a hands\-on General Manager to lead the store six days a week. You will run the floor, lead a small sales team and close deals with our in\-house finance partner. We provide the inventory, the financing and a marketing/BDC team that sets appointments. Your job is to turn them into funded deals. What you'll do * Lead, train and schedule a team of 2–3 salespeople; run the morning huddle and daily targets * Desk and close deals: structure down payment, payment and terms for non\-prime customers * Work closely with our in\-house financing partner to get deals approved, documented and funded * Open and close the store, Monday through Saturday * Work daily with our remote BDC team on appointments, show rate and follow\-up * Keep inventory front\-line ready and moving, together with ownership * Track the numbers in our DMS and CRM: appointments, shows, sales, funded deals and gross What you bring * 3\+ years managing sales at an independent pre\-owned dealership (BHPH or in\-house financing a plus) * Proven leadership of a sales team: you have hired, trained and held salespeople accountable *...
