Job Overview: Legacy Supply Chain is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support our Greenfield, IN operation. As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for planning and coordinating department activities, leading \& supervising a team to ensure the facility operates smoothly and efficiently while meeting Company initiatives and objectives. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match. Schedule and Compensation: * Monday through Friday \- 1st \& 2nd Shifts Available * 6:00AM \- 2:30PM (1st Shift) * 3:30PM \- 12:00AM (2nd Shift) Job Details: **What to expect as an Operations Supervisor:*** Manage all aspects of assigned department/shift. * Maintain a high degree of visibility and access to employees on the warehouse floor. * Establish and maintain facility standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.
