Overview: Leads full\-cycle recruitment for high volume manufacturing hourly positions, filling openings efficiently and in alignment with company goals. Able to multi\-task to ensure hiring processes across multiple sites and locations run smoothly. Builds collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, and delivers a consistently high\-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities What You'll Do: * Performs full life cycle recruiting to support staffing for entry level, primarily hourly, manufacturing roles. * Recruits quality active and passive candidates using job boards, internal databases and external sourcing products. * Develops strong knowledge of key repeatable roles and collaborates with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs for specialized roles * Effectively screens candidates through phone interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and values and provide hiring managers with vetted slate of candidates. * Coordinates and facilitates the interview process, providing support and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers. * Conducts on\-site and virtual job fairs and recruiting activities. ...
