**PART\-TIME SITE MANAGER** needed to work 24 hours/week at an apartment community in Greenville, SC. Pay is $ 22 \- $24 per hour, based on experience. Candidate must be organized, computer proficient, have excellent communication skills and transportation, a “can do” attitude and excellent people skills for interacting with residents and the general public. Work involves processing applications, neat and accurate record\-keeping, management operations of the properties, problem solving, and other administrative duties.
