**Job Description** The selected candidate will be responsible for filling the role of Financial Analyst II, supporting various programs and miscellaneous task order awards. Prepares weekly and monthly financial reports that are delivered to the customer; pulls weekly General Ledger reports from COGNOS (a reporting database) and reconciles that data, preparing and submitting adjusting entries as required when errors are discovered. Prepares Purchase Requisitions for Subcontractors. Reviews and processes subcontractor invoices. Review Contracts and modifications provided by Contracts Team and provide any relevant comments regarding approval or changes needed. Reviews invoices and works with Billing to resolve any issues. Reviews, identifies and coordinates resolutions of Accounts Receivable issues. Prepares invoice reconciliation reports. Provides month end close review and report preparations internally. Performs other related duties as assigned. The work schedule is hybrid, 2 days remote work and 3 days in office.
