Everyone matters here, and this company matters to all of us. **Job Summary:** This position is responsible for supporting the Service Department with parts quotes for for needed repairs, through our proven process. **Key Roles:** * UCE (Ultimate Customer Experience) * Quoting * Sourcing * Supply Parts * Process **Essential Duties:** * Organize and maintain a quote system for the service department to include parts pricing and availability for potential repair orders. * Keep accurate records of repair orders and other transactions, while managing paperwork flow and becoming efficient in researching part numbers through catalogs and the internet. * Check the status of repairs, by walking around the shop floor. * Be proficient in using the internet, corresponding to emails, and managing phone calls. * Must have great organizational skills and will require the individual to be a strong self\-starter. **Required Skills/Abilities:** * The ability to interact with employees in ...
