Minkoff Development is looking for a Property Manager to serve as the “COO” of the asset; owning tenant relationships, building operations and preventive maintenance, curb appeal, budgets, and vendor performance to protect and grow asset value. This is a customer service and financial based position that requires the Property Manager to not only interact with tenants and outside vendors, but also with Leasing, Enginerring, Asset Management, Accounting, and Ownership within MDC.
