Patient Intake \& Growth Specialist – Licensed DPT **Revival Physical Therapy \& Wellness** **Remote \| Part\-Time to Start \| Opportunity to Grow** **Pay:** $20/hour guaranteed base \+ $20–$40 per attended evaluation \+ additional performance upside **Schedule:** Approximately 12–20 hours/week initially, with opportunity to grow **Benefits:** Full\-time benefits available once a regular schedule of 30\+ hours/week is established Why This Role Exists Some of the most important moments in a patient’s recovery happen **before they ever walk through our doors**.
