***Overview*** We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Driver to serve as the Assistant Business Contact Manager (Assistant BC). This role involves operating various types of commercial vehicles, coordinating transportation logistics, and supporting the overall transportation operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive FedEx package delivery experience, understands FedEx systems and processes, excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of safety protocols. This position offers an opportunity to lead driver activities while acting as a key liaison between the business and transportation teams. The Assistant BC is the BC’s operational extension. This role focuses on people management, daily execution, documentation, and continuity. The Assistant BC does not set policy—they enforce it. When the BC is unavailable, the Assistant BC maintains operational stability within established authority. **Important Note:** FedEx experience is a must have requirement.
