Eastern Blvd., Fayetteville, NC 28301 **Position Type:** Part\-time, hourly, non\-exempt **Reports To:** Visitor Services Manager **Compensation:** $14\.00–$16\.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Position Overview Cape Fear Botanical Garden is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer\-focused Visitor Services Specialist to support daily operations in the Garden’s gift shop and admissions area. As one of the first people guests encounter, this position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for visitors, members, and the community. The Visitor Services Specialist assists with admissions, gift shop sales, membership purchases and renewals, and general visitor information. The ideal candidate enjoys working with the public, communicates clearly, handles transactions accurately, and remains organized and professional during busy periods. This role supports the Garden’s mission by helping guests connect with its gardens, programs, events, and membership opportunities.
