We are looking for a serious, dependable General Manager/Supervisor to lead daily operations on an offshore oil rig. This is not a 9\-to\-5 desk job—it is demanding, high\-pressure work that requires long hours, strict safety standards, strong leadership, and the ability to make difficult decisions when things go wrong. You will be responsible for managing crews, overseeing operations, enforcing safety procedures, handling equipment and personnel issues, responding to emergencies, and keeping the operation running efficiently in rough weather, difficult conditions, and stressful situations. You will be away from home for extended rotations and must be prepared to work when the job demands it, not just when it is convenient.
